As your Lancaster County home remodeling contractor, we will work with you every step of the way, answering any questions you may have and making sure we are creating the dream project you envision. Please read on to get a glimpse of how we approach each remodeling and renovation project we do, from home additions to handyman work.

First . . . We Define Your Project

We review your goals:

What is your budget?
What do you want your new space to look like?
How do you want it to function?
How will you use this space?
What materials and finishes would you like to have?
How about appliances and fixtures?
What is your time frame for completion?

We develop a "Scope of Work" and a Project Proposal:

The proposal specifies the quantities, materials, time frame, cost and terms and conditions for construction of your new space.

We come to an Agreement:

We thoroughly review and address any concerns you have and sign the final contract for building your new space.

Next . . . We Prepare Your Project

Project Design Plans:

Plans are drawn up showing the design of your project. We review these with you and address any changes or questions that arise.

Project Permit:

The permit is obtained from your local municipality after submitting the plans to them for review and approval.

Materials and Ordering:

Materials selections are made. This is your chance to select styles, colors, textures, appliances and fixtures for your new space. Materials with long lead times are ordered.

Last . . . We Build Your Project

Groundwork establishes the foundation:

We start with digging, footers, and brick & concrete work with appropriate inspections.

Your structure starts to take shape:

Next is framing, roofing, and rough mechanicals (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) with appropriate inspections.

Your New Space is then finished off:

The last steps involve insulation, drywall, siding, trim, paint, finish mechanicals (plumbing and electrical fixtures and appliances), and flooring, again with all appropriate inspections.
